Storing Salame & Deli Meats

Sliced Salame

Sliced Salame, such as our Sliced Peppered Salame, will keep for 7 - 10 days after opening. After use, re-wrap tightly in plastic wrap or place in a resealable bag and refrigerate.

Salame Stick

Our salame sticks, such as our Cajun Salame or Italian Dry Salame, are best consumed with 10 - 14 days of opening. After use, re-wrap tightly or place in a resealable bag and refrigerate. We do not recommend freezing any salame products. For molded salame, such as our Felino or our Hot Sopressata, store in original paper or wax paper and refrigerate.

Serve at room temperature (remove from the refrigerator 20 - 30 minutes before serving). Slice at a slight angle (35 - 45 degrees).

Deli Meats

Our deli meats, such as our Sliced Herb Turkey Breast or Sliced Applewood Smoked Ham, are best consumed within 3-5 days after opening. After use, re-wrap tightly or bag and refrigerate. We do not recommend freezing deli meats for more than 2 months, as prolonged freezing can affect flavor and freshness.
