The Santa Maria Panini


1 Ciabatta slab slice (approx. 5")
2 oz. Columbus Italian Dry Salame
2 oz. Columbus Genoa Salame
2 slices Columbus Provolone
2 pieces roasted red peppers
½ Tbsp olive oil



Slice the ciabatta slab in half horizontally. Assemble the sandwich starting with the Italian Dry, Genoa and roasted red peppers. Then, top with Provolone. Brush olive oil on outside of both sides of bread. To grill, use either a panini maker or a grill pan.
Panini Maker: Place sandwich in maker for approximately five minutes, grill to desired doneness. Grill Pan: Place sandwich in grill pan on medium heat until desired doneness.

Tip: Substitute with Mozzarella cheese if you do not have Provolone.
