Roast Beef Crostini with Wasabi Sour Cream

Requires:

12 slices Columbus Roast Beef, sliced in half
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp. prepared wasabi
1 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
1 (10 oz.) French baguette, cut into 24 (½” thick) slices

 
 

Directions:

While preheat oven to 425°F combine sour cream and wasabi in a small bowl and chill until ready to serve.

In a separate bowl combine olive oil, garlic powder and salt.

Place the baguette slices on a cookie sheet and brush tops with the olive oil mixture. Bake the slices for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for about 10 minutes

Place roast beef slice on top of baguette slice. Add dollop of sour cream mixture.
