The Pinta - Turkey Panini


1 Ciabatta herb slab slice (approx. 5")
4 oz. Columbus Pan Roasted
Turkey Breast, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. basil pesto
2 slices Gruyere cheese
2 – 3 slices red onion
½ Tbsp olive oil



Slice the herb slab in half horizontally and spread pesto on both sides of the bread. Assemble the sandwich starting with the turkey, the onion and top with Gruyere. Brush olive oil on outside of both sides of bread. To grill, use either a panini maker or a grill pan.

Panini Maker: Place sandwich in maker for approximately five minutes, grill to desired doneness.

Grill Pan: Place sandwich in grill pan on medium heat until desired doneness.

Tip: Substitute with Swiss cheese if you do not have Gruyere.
