The Pinta - Mortadella Panini


1 Ciabatta slab slice (approx. 5")
2 oz. Columbus Mortadella,
¼" thick slices
2 slices Columbus Provolone
Handful of baby arugula leaves
½ Tbsp olive oil



Using a panini maker or grill pan at medium heat, grill sliced Mortadella on each side until golden brown, approximately 1 – 2 minutes on each side. Place grilled Mortadella, Provolone and arugula on to the sliced ciabatta. Brush olive oil on outside of both sides of bread. To grill, use either a panini maker or a grill pan.
Panini Maker: Place sandwich in maker for approximately five minutes, grill to desired doneness. Grill Pan: Place sandwich in grill pan on medium heat until desired doneness.

Tip: For your convenience, you can purchase pre-sliced Mortadella.
