The Nina - Ham Panini


1 Ciabatta slab slice (approx. 5")
2 oz. Columbus Maple Syrup
Honey Cured Ham
2 slices Columbus Cheddar
½ Tbsp Columbus Dijon mustard
½ Tbsp olive oil



Slice the ciabatta slab in half horizontally and spread mustard on one side. Assemble the sandwich starting with ham, then cheese. Brush olive oil on outside of both sides of bread. To grill, use either a panini maker or a grill pan.

Panini Maker: Place sandwich in maker for approximately five minutes, grill to desired doneness.Grill Pan: Place sandwich in grill pan on medium heat until desired doneness.

Tip: To create an Italian-style ham and cheese sandwich add pepperoncinis to your panini!
