Curried Chicken Salad

Requires:

2 lb Columbus Oven Roasted Chicken, diced
(Note: Ask the deli operator to slice 2 thick slices, about 1 lb each)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. mango chutney
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 oz. slivered almonds
½ cup diced celery
1 cup grapes, halved

 
 

Directions:

Mix mayonnaise, curry powder, mango chutney, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add the diced chicken, celery, almonds, and grapes. Mix well. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
