Columbus Signature Nachos


12 oz. Columbus Chorizo, diced; or Columbus Salame of your choice, sliced to ½ inch strips
1 bag (13 oz) White Corn Tortilla Chips
1 ½ cups Shredded Mexican Cheese Bend
1 cup Queso Fresco (crumbled)
1 Tomato (diced) or ½ cup of your favorite salsa
1 can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
½ cup Green Onions (chopped)
½ cup Red Pepper (diced)
½ cup Corn
1 Jalapeño (sliced crosswise)
1 Avocado (diced)
1 Radish (diced)
Cilantro (to garnish)



Preheat broiler.

Arrange tortilla chips on a baking pan and top with cheese, salame, black beans, and corn. Broil until cheese melts, approximately 3 minutes.

Add remaining toppings and garnish with cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
