Deli Meat Making Process

 

- STEP 1 -

We ensure all our raw meats are the highest quality whole cuts of turkey breasts, hams and beef top rounds to give you the best tasting product.

- STEP 2 -

Columbus roast turkeys are rubbed with cracked peppercorn, spices or fresh herbs, or simply roasted in their natural skin for added flavor and further browning.

- STEP 3 -

Smoking is a key step in some of our products to enhance flavor and aroma.

- STEP 4 -

We prepare our meats before they go into the ovens by hand-rubbing spices on our turkey breasts, curing our hams and hand-stuffing our roast beefs in nets for shape. They are then slow-roasted in low temperature ovens to bring out their full, natural flavors so you can see and taste the difference.
