On Thursday, October 18th, we launched our new Farm to Fork Naturals Line with a competition between three San Francisco food bloggers to see who could make the “Top ‘Wich.” After a quick trip to the Ferry Building Farmers Market, where competitors had 10 minutes and $10 to pick out a signature component for their sandwiches, they were given 20 minutes to create their take on the classic sandwich.
Judged by editors from CHOW, SF Weekly, Tasting Table SF and YumSugar, Chef John was crowned the Top ‘Wich winner (and generously donated his $500 prize to the San Francisco Food Bank!).
